ADMINISTRATIVE LIAISON OFFICER

- Administrative Liaison Officer
We are seeking an Administrative Liaison Officer to play a key role in strategic coordination between offices in Europe and Asia. This position combines advanced administrative tasks with communication, management, and support for international projects. While not a traditional business development role, it will have a significant impact on process improvement, team alignment, and driving key initiatives within the organization.
The ideal candidate is dynamic, organized, and proactive, capable of bridging teams and offices, ensuring strategic objectives are met, and facilitating decision-making through solid analysis and clear communication. This role involves a high level of autonomy, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a willingness to travel as needed for business purposes.

DUTIES
- Serve as the main liaison between Asia and Europe offices, ensuring effective communication and a continuous flow of information.
- Foster alignment of objectives and collaboration among multicultural teams.
- Oversee the implementation of strategic projects connecting both offices, acting as an intermediary between local teams and global stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed reports on project progress, strategic analyses, and summaries of key meetings.
- Design impactful presentations to support decision-making and communication with partners and stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze relevant data to support proposals, strategies, and ongoing projects.
- Supervise assigned projects, ensuring deadlines are met and predefined objectives are achieved.
- Provide detailed follow-up on actions and commitments made during strategic meetings.
- Propose solutions to address potential deviations and coordinate teams to mitigate risks.
- Act as an intermediary with external vendors and subcontractors, overseeing the quality and compliance of deliverables.
- Build effective and trustworthy relationships with strategic partners, fostering mutually beneficial agreements.
- Identify areas for improvement in communication and project execution, proposing changes to optimize workflows.
- Collaborate on developing strategies to strengthen operations between offices and improve global efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3-5 years in similar roles, preferably in international and multicultural environments.
- Full fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Advanced experience with PowerPoint and Excel.
- Familiarity with project management and collaborative tools (experience with programs like Microsoft Teams, Asana, or similar is a plus).
- Willingness to travel regularly, particularly between Europe, Asia, and other strategic locations.
- Highly proactive, with the ability to anticipate problems and needs.
- Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities for managing multifaceted projects, and strategic thinking with a results-oriented approach.

- Remuneration: +/- 40.000 - 50.000 € gross per year.
